As the moon enters into a new cycles, so too do we.

🧡 Set intentions for this new cycle during a new-moon ritual.
💛 Open our hearts and unlock our voices through heart medicine songs and chanting.
💚(You are welcome to bring a shaker or other gentle percussion instrument. And if you have a song that your heart yearns to share, bring that along too.)
💙Tap into our creativity with a short reflective art therapy activity.
