About the retreat
🌿The retreat will give the opportunity to focus on Body and mind through practicing mindful Pilates and movement.
Ruth has over 24 years of teaching experience and has her own unique teaching style drawing upon her background in dance.
🌿Her caring nature is reflected in her teaching and she is well known for her attention to detail and making sure that every single person in her group classes receives individual correction. People often say they feel like they’re having a private class in a group class setting.
🌿Movements are adapted to the individual – Ruth is able to challenge those who want it and adjust for those who prefer more gentle options!
🌿You will experience two Pilates group classes per full day – one energising class in the morning and another early evening with more focus on stretching and relaxing.
🌿Your stay will include one sound meditation evening and one afternoon to experience Thai herbal steam and cold plunging! (No problem if you don’t fancy the cold immersion!)
🌿The retreat is fully catered, starting with a welcome drink and treat on Friday afternoon, breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday made using vegetables grown in the resort’s garden. (The resort can cater to those with food allergies or intolerances)
