As the moon reaches fullness, so too does our energy.

❤️Drink ceremonial cacao to open our hearts, tap into our creativity, and support us with welcoming in connection & unconditional love.
🧡 Set intentions for this full moon, and how we can use this energy for purposeful creation.
💛 Open our hearts and unlock our voices through heart medicine songs and chanting.
💚(You are welcome to bring a shaker or other gentle percussion instrument. And if you have a song that your heart yearns to share, bring that along too.)
💙Tap into our creativity with a short reflective art therapy activity.
