What is Chiang Mai Grow-operative?
It is a non-profit, independent entity run by a community of parents and educators who believe in a different kind of education. We work and communicate as a cooperative to ensure decisions are being made by both parents and educators in order to support the long term benefits of the children and their families.
Our Early Years Program
We believe that play is not something a child does to pass the time or take a break from learning, but rather that play is an integral part of a child’s learning and development.
Our early years program is from 9am to 12 midday and is lead by a certified teacher with over a decade of experience in early years and over 8 years experience in a leading values-based school in Chiang Mai. As an integral part of the bilingual environment, a Thai speaking teacher will be working alongside the English speaking teacher. Values will be integrated on a daily basis by modelling the values we want to cultivate while integrating life values in each of their interactions with the children.
