The wado style of karate is for self-defence and where you move as little as possible to increase your reaction times and conserve energy.
Kru Naen (แนล) is an experienced and patient karate trainer – black belt – who explains the concepts clearly (in Thai and English).
Cost: ฿800 per month (four classes) or ฿250 drop in.
