Although many subscribe to the affirmation that happiness is found within, very few live accordingly. In this one-day event at Amrita Ashram, through various lectures and exercises, we’ll discover the tan tric take on the yogic principle of Santosha (contentment), which holds very practical wisdom and guides us to correct introspection 🙂 We’ll learn how to gradually elevate the baseline of happiness, joy, and peace in our lives by harmoniously managing our inner world, our emotions, thoughts, desires, and fears.
This event will take place at our Amrita Ashram in Mae On, Chiang Mai.
Schedule
09:30-09:45 – Welcome
09:45-10:30 – Intro words and workshop activities to get to know each other
10:30-12:00 – Yoga and meditation
12:00-12:15 – Break
12:15-13:30 – Lecture and workshop exercise
13:30-16:00 – Vegetarian lunch and nice time in the garden and pool
16:00-17:30 – Lecture and workshop exercises
Booking in advance is required, so please get in touch with us! We can arrange transport from Chiang Mai and back, for a fee.

Your teacher will be Uriel Yariv, psychologist and qualified Yoga and Tan tra teacher within the ATMAN federation.
Location:
Amrita Integral Yoga Centre, a beautiful retreat centre built in accordance with the principles of sacred architecture, located in Mae On, 40 minutes drive from Chiang Mai.
If you can’t make it here, there will be an option to join the event online but please let us know in advance.
