If you would like to learn more about sauces and fillings, our Ravioli Workshop on Saturday 22nd might be the right class for you! In that class, we will focus on making 3 types of fillings you can put in your ravioli from cheese, vegetarian, to meat. We will also share with you 4 MORE sauces (i.e. pesto, cream, ragu, and butter sage, which are different from the Pasta Workshop) that you can make at home!
