Join us for a heart-warming gathering where we’ll connect through the ancient wisdom of the moon and the menstrual cycle. 🌙
Just as the Earth is made of 75% water and influenced by the moon, we humans are made of 75% water and influence by the cycles of the moon. We as woman are also linked to this moon cycle with our menstrual cycle.
The menstrual cycle is as natural as the cycle of the moon yet how many women feel ashamed of their cycle and lack basic knowledge about it’s processes. Did you know PMS is not normal? Did you know that your menstrual cycle is always happening? There are 4 phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulation and luteal. The hormones in each phase affects us in a different way and we can learn to live in flow with these cycles.
Come learn and heal with other sisters to find the connection and embrace our cyclical nature.
