” Beachside atmosphere usually brings us freedom. It gets us contemplating, dreaming, imagining, even seeking truths… Every time I am by the sea, often time my imaginations take me to clash with foreign objects scattered throughout the beach. I would take these random objects home to construct characters, to uncover the meaning hidden on the other side by making short memory notes upon those objects. All in an effort to reveal the secrets of the imaginative realm buried deep within the object’s reality.” — Narongyot Thongyu ( Artist )

“สภาพแวดล้อมริมทะเลมักมอบอิสรภาพให้แก่เรา ที่จะคิด ฝัน จินตนาการ หรือแม้แต่จะค้นหาความจริง… ทุกครั้งที่ได้ไปทะเล บ่อยครั้งที่จินตนาการได้พาข้าพเจ้าไปปะทะกับเศษสิ่งของแปลกหน้าที่เกลื่อนอยู่บนชายหาด จนข้าพเลือกเก็บเอาสิ่งของเหล่านั้นกลับมาประดิษฐ์สร้างเป็นตัวละคร เพื่อพลิกหาเอาความหมายอีกด้านหนึ่งที่แฝงอยู่ ด้วยวิธีการบันทึกประสบการณ์สั้นๆ ลงไปในสิ่งของต่างๆ เพื่อเผยความลับของจินตนาการที่ซ่อนอยู่ในความจริงของวัสดุ” — ณรงค์ยศ ทองอยู่ ( ศิลปิน )
