Inner Coherence – One Day Event at Amrita Ashram

When we examine carefully the reasons for our suffering and failures, we will find that inner conflict is one of the main elements in both. How many times did we know what to do or what to say but we didn’t, because of a conflict within us? How often do we freeze in front of decisions that need to be made because we are not sure which part of ourselves to choose? On Saturday June 10, through lectures and exercises, we will get hands-on with tools that help us turn inner conflict into inner coherence 🙂
We’ll learn how to end the war inside and bring a genuine peace where the different parts of our being are no longer working in opposition but rather in synthetic synergy.
This event will take place at our Amrita Ashram in Mae On, Chiang Mai.
Schedule
09:00-09:45 – Welcome
09:45-10:30 – Intro words and workshop activities to get to know each other
10:30-12:00 – Yoga and meditation
12:00-12:15 – Break
12:15-13:30 – Lecture and workshop exercise
13:30-16:00 – Vegetarian lunch and nice time in the garden and pool
16:00-17:30 – Lecture and workshop exercises

Your teacher will be Uriel Yariv, psychologist and qualified Yoga and Tan tra teacher within the ATMAN federation.
Location:
Amrita Integral Yoga Centre, a beautiful retreat centre built in accordance with the principles of sacred architecture, located in Mae On, 40 minutes drive from Chiang Mai.
If you can’t make it here, there will be an option to join the event online but please let us know in advance.
